69 Mercury Cougar
Michael Holley of Houston, Texas acquired this Mercury Cougar convertable in 2010. In running condition, equipped with FoMoCo 390 cid V-8, 4-bbl Holley, C-6 transmission and 9-Bolt differential. Pictures document delivery condition and periodic progress with specific parts info on the final pages. Restoration will lie in the hands of Mo Muscle, Conroe TX.
October 2010. Cougar red in color.... Old restoration, still a looker.
390 V-8 wil get overhauled and warmed up a bit over the next year.
Doors being readied for primer/paint.
Not in bad shape considering the age.
Dismantling well underway.
January 2011. MoMuscle now in possession.
